We, the undersigned, petition the Council to implement a controlled parking Zone to operate for a few hours each day to deter parents from parking here to drop off and collect their children at near by schools (St Elizabeth & Christs) and also to stop cars being parked here all day by those going in to Richmond town centre for work.
Residents have intolerable difficulty parking near their houses both during the day and in the evening. We have a few bays situated in the estate but this is not enough especially for homes with more than one car.
