CPZ for Woodbine Close

Statement

We, the undersigned, petition the Council to consult on a CPZ for Woodbine Close.

Details

Since the SH CPZ was introduced by Strawberry Hill station and the surrounding roads, the level of parking in this area has fallen as commuters are no longer able to park here for longer than 2 hours at a time. As a consequence commuters are now parking in the surrounding roads and closes that are not within a CPZ.  As a result it has become almost impossible for residents to park near their residences. To make matters worse, customers of a local childminding business also park in these areas. Residents of Woodbine Close are often forced to double park in the cul-de-sac.
