Details

Kneller gardens is a wonderful community space with hundreds of local residents coming every day to relax, exercise and play sports. The park has many sports facilities, including three tennis courts, two basketball hoops yet only one ping pong table. Table tennis, originally called ‘whiff whaff’ was invented in England in the late 19th century. It is an incredibly popular sport in London and is enjoyed across the borough. Many often come to the one table that is in the park, hoping to play with friends and family but the table is always being used. Even though many wait for long amounts of time, the table is never free. We, the undersigned believe it would make more people happy if there was an extra table for more people to play on. Thank you for listening.
