Implement a controlled parking zone on Windsor Road, TW11.

Details

Since implementation of CPZs in adjacent areas, including Sunnyside and Fulwell roads, the ability for residents to park on Windsor Road has become increasingly challenging. It is noticeable that local workers, particularly those from Fulwell bus garage are parking on the road in significant numbers, inhibiting residents use of the road. Furthermore, it has become clear that residents of other roads with CPZ scheme in operation are also using Windsor Road for longer term parking.
