Extension of CPZ T4 to include 37-49 Twickenham Road

Statement

Extend the CPZ T4 zone to include residents of Twickenham Road 37-49. Allowing residents to apply for parking permits and temporary visitor permits within the T4 Zone and specifically allowing residents of 37-49 Twickenham Road to park on Manor Road.

Details

Residents of 37-49 Twickenham Road have insufficient parking for the number of residents. For 37-49 Twickenham Road, which has an estimated number of residents around 50, there is off street parking for maximum of 10 cars and a small amount of parking on Twickenham Road which is extremely hard to get due to pressure from residents both in Twickenham Road and the Flats - Regatta House, Fairmile House, Fairwater House etc. Previously residents of 37-49 Twickenham Road used Manor Road for parking. Additionally, residents are unable to obtain visitor permits making it difficult for visitors or to arrange visits from tradespersons.
