Consider an extension of T4 zone to include residents of Twickenham road 35-49. Allowing residents to apply for parking permits within the T4 Zone. Specifically allowing residents of 35-49 Twickenham road to park on Manor Road.

Residents of 35-49 Twickenham road have limited parking for the number of residents. For 35-49 Twickenham road, which has estimated number of residents around 50, there’s off street parking for a maximum of 10 cars, which will become even harder to use as Manor road becomes permit only with non residents using it. Previously, residents use Manor road as it’s the next available street.
