Assess the options for enforcing speed restrictions on Windsor Road (Kew), e.g. speed humps.

Details

We are experiencing an increasing number of vehicles exceeding the speed limit (20mph) on Windsor Road. This is a narrow road due to cars parked either side. There are many children of primary school age and below and we are very concerned that a child will be hit by a speeding vehicle.
