A-556-1800 shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority and thereafter implemented in accordance with such details and made available when the ticket office is closed'. Removal of planning condition U46989 (NS74 Code for Sustainable Homes) and addition of condition NS90 (CO2 Emissions/Water Consumption) 'The dwelling hereby approved shall achieve a minimum 25% reduction in CO2 emissions over Building Regulations 2010 and targets for water consumption of a maximum of 105 litres of potable water per person per day and 5 litres or less per head per day for external water use.' to decison notice 11/1443/FUL.
