Join us as Matthew Griffiths explores Modernist poetry and the complexity and dynamics of climate change. The New Poetics of Climate Change argues that the emergence of global warming presents a fundamental challenge to the way we read and write poetry, and the way we think, in the modern age.
Matthew Griffiths has worked as a copy-editor and a university tutor. His poems have appeared in magazines including Magma, Stand and The Delinquent. He has also written Doctor Who fiction and has a doctorate himself – though in poetry and climate change, rather than time and space travel! Matthew Griffiths will be joined in conversation with published poet Polly Atkin.
