Ground floor rear and side return extension with flat roof and skylight. Demolition of existing pitched roof side extensions to be rebuild with flat roofs and two new skylights. Side extension of first floor square bay with replacement of single wide rear window to two equal narrower windows. Add Conservation style roof windows to existing roof. Existing chimney stacks will be replaced by precast ones matching existing. All windows will be replaced by new double-glazed with slim black frames and glazing bars matching existing. [Non-material amendment to planning permission 22/0781/HOT to allow for the wooden garage door to be replaced with a secure, double skinned insulated garage door.]
