Proposal
Remove and dispose of uPVC frame and glass; Build up and extend existing walls to replace some uPVC and glass with brick using closest possible match to existing bricks in rear elevation; Install new fibreglass flat roof with brick parapet, new rainwater drainage and central roof lantern with thermally insulating double glazing. Install new hardwood framed traditional double wooden doors with thermally insulating double glazing in place of one set of existing uPVC framed doors; - Install new hardwood framed traditional style windows with thermally insulating double glazing in place of one set of existing uPVC framed doors
