The crown is 14m tall, the crown 10 m wide. The following work is proposed following a conversation with Darryl Parkin of The Tree Agency - reduce crown height by 3m (so from 14 m to 11m) - reduce crown width by 4m (from 10m to 6m). The work is necessary to allow more light to pass through the tree, reduce wind resistance, whilst maintaining the framework of the crown.
