First-floor infill to align the façade with the existing and neighbouring buildings. Inclusion of a subtle window behind a perforated brick pattern to provide light to the staircase corridor, mirroring the design language of the approved ground floor. Enlargement of dormer windows to enhance natural light and improve proportionality with existing windows. Concealed access door for maintenance of the proposed solar panels. Internal refurbishment.
