Details pursuant to condition DV49A Construction Management Plan of planning permission 22/1497/FUL - Revision to the Vehicle Routing Following the successful approval of the Construction Management Plan (CMP) on 24/04/2024, we commenced our work as planned. However, we have received feedback from the local community highlighting concerns about traffic disruptions. Specifically, the presence of cars parked in unmarked areas or on double yellow lines along the proposed vehicle route has been causing significant obstructions, impacting local traffic flow. To mitigate these issues, we propose an alternative vehicle route to be used when the primary route is blocked. This revision pertains solely to the vehicle routing section; the remainder of the document remains unchanged.
