Variation of conditions LB12B (Archaeology) of planning permission 17/0315/FUL to read as follows: 'No development of the office building shall take place on the application site until the applicant or their agent or successors in title has secured the implementation of a programme of archaeological work in accordance with a written scheme of investigation which has been submitted by the applicant and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. Following approval of the written scheme of investigation any subsequent field work and assessment report required shall be submitted by the applicant and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority. No development shall be carried out until such a report has been approved [unless otherwise agreed in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
