Extend East Sheen controlled parking zone to include 'The Royals'

We, the undersigned, petition the Council to extend the East Sheen parking zone further east to include Princes Road, Kings Road and Queens Road (known as 'The Royals') SW14

We the undersigned and neighbors of "The Royals" request permission to extend the East Sheen Community Parking Zone (CPZ) to include Princes Road, Kings Road and Queens Road in SW14. This area, known as 'The Royals', is the closest parking point to Mortlake train station and the 209 bus that is not in the East Sheen CPZ. This allows anyone to park on our streets at any point of the day. Parking is at a premium here and we feel there are a number of people who are parking as close to these hubs as possible to avoid paying for daily parking. Secondly, the street of Trehern which is connected to Princes Road is in the East sheen CPZ and is often not congested. There is evidence that residents of that street are avoiding the cost of a permit by parking within 'The Royals' instead of on their own CPZ street. This is also causing more parking congestion within the non-CPZ area of 'The Royals'. With the addition of 'The Royals' to become part of the East Sheen CPZ we feel less cars would be parked there during the day and there would be more spaces available for the residents of these areas at night as well. Please take the time to sign this petition allowing for a less congested and less stressful living environment in our neighborhood. Thank you in advance.
