Pedestrians and cyclists wishing to travel on quiet roads in the Sheen/Mortlake area often wish to cross the South Circular (Clifford Avenue) to/from the western end of Kingsway. However, it is frequently a long time between instances where crossing is safe due to the lack of an official crossing available. Therefore, we urge Richmond Council to install a crossing in this location to make travel safer.
