T2 Pear (Pyrus spp) Reduce overextended section to rebalance the tree. Final height = 5m and final spread = 4m. T3 Damson (Prunus insititia) Reduce overhang to neighbours garden by 1-2m, mirror the same works on clients side to keep some balance. Tree is not to be reduced all round, just on neighbours side and the opposite sides over clients lawn so the tree doesn't become unbalanced. Final height = 10m and final spread = 6m.
