Removal of one Leylandii (approximate height 10 meters) and one Cypress sp conifer (approximate height 17 meters) from back garden. See attached photos and sketch. Both trees are causing excessive shading to garden and are of low amenity value. The trees are an eyesore and obtrusive. Replace with smaller, more managable species, such as Cercis canadensis (Eastern redbud), Prunus serrula (Tibetan cherry) or a small fruit tree.
